Q2. What is delivery policy?

Delivery is "no contact by default" unless you want "in-person delivery".

The driver will call or text you before arrival (normally 5-10 min but time may vary between regions). The driver will leave the delivery at the door and text you the picture.

***For condo delivery, the driver will leave delivery at concierge. Please check your condo policy before you order(s).

[In-person delivery]

The driver will call or text you before arrival (normally 5-10 min but time may vary between regions), then the driver will you call again upon arrival.

If no response, the driver will re-attempt after all other deliveries. 

Q3. What if my favorite restaurant is not listed?

Number of restaurants showed the interest in joining us; however, we are reviewing each of them carefully to ensure they meet our standard to offer the finest quality of product at affordable price.

Please leave your favorite local restaurants in the board, then we will prioritize ones in high demand.

Q4. What is refund policy?

Unfortunately no refund is allowed once transaction is completed.

If food quality issue needs to be reported, please email us with pictures within 24 hours after delivery
